Every participant including accompanying persons must be registered in order to attend the conference, tours, visits and social events. Due to limited capacity at the conference venue, we recommend that you register as soon as possible.

Online
The easiest way to register for the 25th World Gas Conference is online. Please click on the registration link to complete all your details.
If for any reason you are unable to complete the registration form online please contact the WGC2012 registration secretariat to obtain a copy of the registration form, which you can complete and return by fax or email before 30 April 2012.
For groups of 10 or more please contact the registration secretariat directly for details on how to register.

Payment
All registration fees are payable in US Dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods are listed below.
Option 1: Credit Card
Please complete your credit card details on the online registration form.
Accepted credit cards: MasterCard and Visa.
A processing fee of USD60 per delegate is chargeable for payments made via credit card. This processing fee covers costs incurred by WGC 2012 for administrative, enhancement and improvement of the security features for credit card payments.
Option 2: Bank Transfer
WGC 2012 accepts payment via bank transfers before 15 April 2012. After this date, WGC 2012 only accepts payment via credit card.
A copy of the bank transfer document must be sent by fax or email to the registration secretariat stating the conference and the delegate’s first name and last name.
To qualify for the early bird fee, payment must be received by 31 December 2011; otherwise the full registration fee will be applicable.
The conference organisers must receive the registration amount in full, free from issuing and receiving bank charges. Otherwise any difference in amounts will be charged to the delegate on site. For bank instructions, contact the WGC2012 registration secretariat at registration@wgc2012.com.
Important notice: Please do not send cash or other valuables by post or courier. The conference organisers accept no liability for registration payment lost in the mail.

Cancellation terms
The deadline for cancellation of registration is 4 April 2012. Should you wish to cancel or modify your registration, you must notify the WGC2012 Registration Secretariat in writing on or before this date. There will be an administrative fee charge as follows:
Delegates : USD 350
Accompanying Persons: USD 75
Refunds will be reimbursed 60 days after the end of the event.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after 5 April 2012.
No refunds will be made after payment for luncheon addressess.
Important
To secure your place at the conference, please make payment within 30 days of registering. Registration forms received without payment will not be confirmed until the payment is received.
For administrative reasons registration forms received on or after 1 May 2012 will not be processed.
After 30 April 2012, delegates will have to register on-site during the official registration opening hours.
To benefit from the early bird registration fee, payment must be received by 31 December 2011.
